Leases and rentals
In common parlance, the terms “lease” and “rent” are used interchangeably. Indeed, these are two distinct contractual types.
- The lease (Article 1571 of the Italian Civil Code) relates to a property, movable or immovable for personal use;
- The lease (Article 1615 of the Italian Civil Code) relates to a productive, movable or immovable property.
Our agency, attentive to the needs of the landlord, draws up a proposal after careful evaluation of the potential tenant. In this way we try to guarantee the parties and the leased property as much as possible, in accordance with its economic destination.
